6 new hotels and resorts to be constructed in Greece, Turkey and Bulgaria by GlobyCorp Group

Groups of highly respected investors from Greece, Bulgaria, Turkey and a highly-respected company from the United Arab Emirates join the much-anticipated real estate projects that will be developed and constructed by GlobyCorp Group.
A highly-innovative boutique-resort will be built in Kavala, a beautiful city in northern Greece, starting in early 2025, in cooperation with Globy Development, our highly skilled department of Constructions and Projects Development.
The construction is anticipated to be delivered in March 2027.
Two hotels in Chalkidiki and a boutique hotel in Thessaloniki, are currently under construction as well, estimated to open their doors on March 2026.
Two of the biggest investing companies in Greece participate in the project, adding their own value and ideas on an early stage of the design and development, as the area is setting to become one of the most dominant holiday destinations in northern Greece, so the potential is great for all sides.
Slight changes have been made to amenities and the spacing designs, regarding enhanced features for extending the season and busy periods all year long, by boosting the early start of the summer and building activities and multi-use spaces that can also be visited in the winter.
Of course, summer days are the king of the visiting period in Greece, but the latest years have shown a significant rise in winter accommodations, in addition to many foreigners that have chosen to buy holiday properties in the country, that they tend to visit very often all over the year, even for a few weekends.
In addition, a building complex that consists of studio apartments, shops and car parking spots, emphasizing in renewable energy solutions and unique design that will provide new forms of insulation and innovative material usage, will be constructed in the capital city of Bulgaria, our beloved Sofia. A hotel in Sunny Beach will also be renovated by the end of the summer season of 2025, adding great features and amenities to a very busy travel destination that could enhance the holiday season of the area all year long, even in very cold winter days.
The projects include the construction of a brand new luxurious hotel resort in Turkey, awaiting the demolition of some olds buildings to provide adequate space from two large plots with unrestricted sea view and private access to the beach.
